Today Matters Most

Here you are, you are in it, you are living it, you are breathing and absorbing it…..Life. One simple word that can encapsulate so much. It has no bearing if you are feeling the best you have ever felt or the worst you could ever possibly imagine, you are still alive.

There will be days when all you want to do is avoid the world, and there will be moments where you cannot think of anything else except climbing that mountain for the next sunrise. There is no right or wrong for the feelings that come into, out of and through your being. They are yours to embrace, to feel and to allow for acceptance.

Have you been here before? Will you be here again? I am not sure there is always a clear and true answer to these, but what I do know, is that you are here now. You are here now to love, to give and to receive. You are here now to allow the light of universal energy to flow through your veins and feel its electricity running through your circuitry. It’s all connected, we are all connected.

I always strive to do my best at being in the moment and to be connected to what is happening at any given time. The only piece of time you are guaranteed is the one you are a part of right now. When its gone, a new breath of life will happen. Each morning you awaken there is opportunity to breath everything into your being again, and to remember that today is the day that matters most, because today is the day that you are in.

There is always a reason to stop and let the wind kiss your face, to let the rain cleanse you, to let the warmth of the sun surround you and the light of moon embrace you. These are moments for your being to absorb. These are moments of rebirth.
